They say that the reason people are fat is because of some sort of major stress they experienced in their life. Let us see how.

Many therapists were of the belief that people tend to make themselves unappealing or unattractive unconsciously and they do this by becoming fat. Even though there is a degree of truth in this statement, some researchers believe that some sort of emotional trauma manifest itself in the form of fat. When you rid yourself of this stress, your fat becomes energy and your body will burn that fat right up! So take care of your mental health because it will affect your physical health as well.
